SWConsult were engaged to provide a technical specification for Podium and Pool Waterproofing which included extensive refurbishment of the surrounding areas of both the internal and the external pool and spa areas.
Pre-existing construction (1980 finishes)
Demolition commences.
Removal of structural up-stand beam. Pool back-propped awaiting replacement carbon fibre reinforcement.
Pool up-stern formed and poured.
Pool membrane complete.
Pool tiling complete.
