Balcony Rails Refurbishment Just in Time

Back in 1998, we were involved in removal of corroding balustrade post embediments. The project involved structural extraction by diamond blade cutting of the balustrade post embediments and replacing the connection to the slab with enlarged base plates to avoid the new fixings being placed in repaired concrete. The balustrade post re-configuration has proven successful as we are now involved in the subsequent repaint 15 years later! The concrete repairs and base plates still appears in great condition. The balustrades have deteriorated as repainting should have occurred 5 years previously but can still be refurbished.
